Return policy

In the event that the product presents any damage, the buyer must notify the owner, via email to info@kossmetics.com address within 15 days from the time of delivery of the product. After this period, no claims for damages will be accepted. In this case the product will be exchanged for a new one and the courier will pick up the damaged product in its original packaging, within seven calendar days, from the date of notification of the incident.

In case of error of the client, the product will be exchanged for an equal or greater value and the collection and shipping costs will be borne by the customer. The product must be new and in perfect condition, retaining accessories, packaging and original labeling. After checking that the returned product is in perfect condition, proceed to give the change order.
